Laurence Dummett – CEO - Executive Chairman

Laurence is the inventor and developer of Biofiba® and through Biofiba Innovations Pty. Ltd licensed the technology to Biofiba Limited. Laurence is the major share holder of Biofiba Limited.

Laurence has extensive experience in development of extruded and composite products and has more than 20 years experience in the global pallet industry. He has an in-depth knowledge, understanding and respect as to the way business conducted globally with specific regards, to culture and business ethics.

Laurence has previously brought to the market, a lightweight extruded hollow core composite cement and wood fibre building panel from raw material formulations designed by the CSIRO.

The Project Director for an extruded simulated timber product manufactured from polystyrene. The Australian manufactured equipment exported to an enterprise in the Philippines to produce extruded simulated timber

In 2000 Laurence developed, licensed and patented a lightweight export-shipping pallet tested and certified by the CSIRO and manufactured from Extruded, Expanded and High Impact Polystyrene. The lightweight pallets predominately manufactured and sold for the airfreight market for companies shipping computer and electronic items.

Matthew Burlage – Non-Executive Director

Matthew is a founding share holder and based in Hong Kong. Matthew is a Harvard graduate and the principal of IRG Capital Inc. and has decades of Asian experience, specialising in the technology advisory sector. Monitors the global environmental trends, and their applicability to the Asia Pacific Region.

Murray Edwards – Non-Executive Director / Company Secretary

Murray is a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and a Solicitor of the High Court of Australia and a founding share holder. Murray is the company in-house legal counsel and in conjunction with specialist lawyers oversees all legal matters and compliance issues.
