To facilitate the implementation of the Biopallet® manufacturing global network Biofiba Limited has an established regional licensee alliance. Our regional alliance partners are professionally trained and technical qualified in all aspect of the Biofiba operation. Our alliance partners facilitate the supply Biofiba® extrusion equipment raw material formulations and are all legal entities in their own right fully complying with the legal jurisdiction of each region and are not Biopallet® manufacturers. They have been established to fully support each Biopallet® sub licensee for the supply of equipment, raw materials and technical back up.

Biofiba Limited intends to appoint further alliance partners for the regions of South America, Russia, North and South Regions of the EU. Requirements to become a Biopallet® sub licensee manufacturer.

1. There are no up front licensee fees or any on going royalty payments when appointed as a sub licensee Biopallet® manufacturer.
2. Biofiba Limited supplies and installs the extrusion machine and on site training at the selected location.
3. Biofiba88® raw material formulations are exclusively supplied by Biofiba Limited.
4. Have the financial resources to fund the purchase of the extrusion machine and raw materials.
5. Have a clean 3 phase electricity and dry compressed air supply.
6. Under cover hard stand (concrete floor) manufacturing facility.
7. Enter into a sub licence manufacturing agreement.
8. Be a registered business enterprise complying with all local applicable regulatory work place and insurance requirements.
